RETURN POLICY We offer you 14 days to make a return, including products on sale. However, ALL accessories (INCLUDING INSOLES) are final sale. Your return will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. You will receive an email when the refund is issued. A PREPAID RETURN LABEL IS INCLUDED IN ONE OF THE BOXES. To make a return : 1. Pack the box in a bag and affix the return label to the bag. Repacking fees of $10.00 will be added if the box is not properly wrapped or if tape or the label is applied directly to the box. 2. Identify the courier: make sure to use the courier associated with your return label. - GLS: Call 1-888-463-4266 to schedule a pick up of your package. - PUROLATOR: You can either call Purolator at 1-888-744-7123 to schedule a pick up of your package or bring it to a Purolator office. - CANADA POST: Bring your package to the post office. A flat fee of $12 + taxes will be deducted from the refund for the provinces of Quebec* and Ontario. *For the following administrative regions: Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Nord-Du-Québec, Gaspésie, Îles-de-la-Madeleine and the following provinces; Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, a fee of $20 + taxes will be deducted from the refund. For the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, a fee of $30 + tax will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defect that has been reported within 14 days. Important: When the package is not claimed from our delivery partners or when a package is returned to us because an incorrect delivery address was entered, the cost of shipping and return will be deducted from the refund. GATINEAU / OTTAWA REGION ONLY: Please bring your return to one of our stores (free) Chaussures Le Pacha stores in Gatineau and Ottawa | Chaussures Le Pacha or contact us at info@chaussureslepacha.ca to obtain a return label (12$ + tx).
